On this site you may find tidal predictions for Dutch gauges on the North Sea, the adjacent estuaries and the tidal rivers. Most gauges included belong to the National Water Level Measuring Program of Rijkswaterstaat. Also, a few gauges of Havenbedrijf Rotterdam N.V. in the harbour area of Rotterdam have been included. A few locations in Zeeland are regional gauges in the ZEGE network of the Directorate Zeeland of Rijkswaterstaat.

The predictions are presented in tide tables and tidal curves.

It should be noted, that the astronomical water levels given will differ, as a rule, from the levels actually occurring. The predictions are valid for average meteorological conditions and average river discharges; deviations of these conditions will affect the actual tides.

In the section Tide tables in Calendar you may also find the function iCalendar Tide Wizard. With this Wizard you can put information of tidal predictions (per day) into your eCalendar with a maximum of 5 steps.
